Topic: Issues / The download failed because: Server not available.

Hello,

I keep trying to upload videos to heywatch via code and it keeps failing. What I’ve noticed is that after uploading, if I switch to the dashboard, an AJAX message comes up in a red background with this text: “The download failed because: Server not available.”

I am confused about this being heywatch’s server or the ftp server it is supposed to copy to after encoding?
