Topic: Issues / YouTube discovery not working?

I just tried to encode a couple videos from YouTube via the web interface.

Got message that no video was found. I was able to view the videos, and have since uploaded mp4 versions for encoding, but wondering if this feature is broken?

Topic: Development / One Upload, multiple formats

Is it possible to have a file automatically converted to more than one format? Specifically, I would like to upload a file (from a web form) and have it automatically converted to flash and mov fomats. Can this be done?
