Hi, I have system where users can upload there videos and I use Heywatch to convert this files to flv format, so we can play them on site. For one type of users we need to preserve original raw video to. Could you please tell me how can I download raw video? I read all forum topics, but I did not found similar question. Hi, I have the same problem with sound. In this folder You can find raw and encoded video: http://www.brainoverload.com/it/demo/ On my computer I can play raw video and there is no sound problems, but with converted video I have those problems. We have plans to use Your services for other sites to, so it is of a great importance to us that we resolve this issue fast. Please let us know if there is some unsupported audio codecs that we need to avoid. Best regards, Bata Ciplex
