Topic: Issues / Unable to Upload or Encode

In trying to debug videos are no longer converting, I tried to manually upload a file that was previous encoded. The upload fails with the error “No file specified”. (The error disappears too quickly to be sure.)

Something is up?

Topic: Issues / Audo Out of Synch

I have a video that is always encoded with out-of-synch audio. The format, according to QuickTime Player is:

H.264, 320×240, Millions AAC, Stereo (L R), 44.100 kHz

I am converting into Flash Video. Any ideas?

We are also seeing some occasions where we get back an empty document for some of our requests. e.g. we request 9 different thumbnails for the same video (to give our users choice) and get back 7 of the 9, with the last two being an empty document. Is this the same issue?

We ask for 9 thumbnails to be generated when a job completes. This was working perfectly, but a job that just completed came back with the last 6 thumbnails being images that say “no thumbnail”. S3 issue, maybe?
