I’m new on HW and I really like the service! I have developed simple pages to upload and convert videos.

The videos are being converted ok, and I can download them from HW web page but I have configured the automatic FTP and the converted files are not being uploaded… I checked FTP configuration and it is OK, the user have the right permissions…

The FTP is configured in “Active” mode, can HW deal with this or must be only “Pasive” mode?
