Right now, in order to use your files with progressive seek, I have to run flvtool2 after encoding. Is there a way for HeyWatch to process the file adding metadata as part of the encoding process?

Yes, we plan to use flvtool2 for the next release (no date yet). You should do it yourself until the release.

Any time estimates at all? Just wondering to see whether it makes sense for me to automate the process or just do it by hand.
