Is it possible to have a file automatically converted to more than one format? Specifically, I would like to upload a file (from a web form) and have it automatically converted to flash and mov fomats. Can this be done?

There is no option to do this, but you can do what you want via the API. For instance, after receiving the ping after transfer, you can create 2 jobs with 2 different formats.
