Video Time is cut off from original
|
|
Hello, any reason why the an encode to our custom format would sometimes cut the time? A video being 41minutes long, sometimes gets cut down to 39m, or 35m… any thoughts? Can someone look into this? Seems like there’s really no support here :( |

Please give me the video id (or source url) and the format id, so I can check it out. |

I’ve just encoded this video and the video is 34min long instead of 41min. FFmpeg didn’t report any error: frame=49522 fps= 75 q=16834558.0 Lsize= 155415kB time=2065.48 bitrate= 616.4kbits/s video:137071kB audio:16141kB global headers:1kB muxing overhead 1.437769% [libx264 @ 0x1003600]slice I:4160 Avg QP:20.38 size: 12680 [libx264 @ 0x1003600]slice P:45362 Avg QP:22.39 size: 1931 [libx264 @ 0x1003600]mb I I16..4: 34.4% 0.0% 65.6% [libx264 @ 0x1003600]mb P I16..4: 6.0% 0.0% 0.0% P16..4: 51.5% 0.0% 0.0% 0.0% 0.0% skip:42.5% [libx264 @ 0x1003600]final ratefactor: 24.34 [libx264 @ 0x1003600]SSIM Mean Y:0.9802105 [libx264 @ 0x1003600]kb/s:543.6 I don’t know what’s going on, no warning, no error… If I find something I’ll tell you. Sorry for the inconvenience. |

Yes but if you do ffmpeg -i encoded video, the duration is wrong. |
