I am looking at the link on Youtube and have pasted the URL of that video in the appropriate transfer box after signing in to HEY!WATCH. Always comes up with Video link can’t be found. Why? Never had the problem in the past with any video link from youtube. Now can’t get any URL link from youtube to work?

I just tested and it works perfectly. Check if the video you’re trying to transfer is public.

Bruno, im having the same problem. It worked fine for all videos i wanted only a few weeks ago. Now none seem to work and i get the same message as above. Also, how do i know if the video is public? Im keen to resolve this issue as im away soon and want to download some more videos to take away. Can you help ?

it wouldnt be anything to do with a firewall or Norton security would it?

There was a problem with the multilingual youtube domains, so I fixed it ;)
