thumbnail video not in s3

When we link our heywatch account to an S3 bucket, the thumbnail of the video isn’t posted to the bucket. Only the video is transfered not the jpg. |

Yes, you get the thumbnail only when you transfer to your FTP. With S3, you must upload it when you receive the ping after encode. |
