Hey,

I uploaded a .mov video & need to set the output dimensions to 912pixels x 384pixels as a flash video. I go to the select a format combo box on the Encode page & select “Create a New Format”, but nothing happens. I even try to encode, but a pink box appears that says a format is not selected. How can I create my custom settings? Thanks.
