The last week or two I have multiple times tried to upload video files for encoding, but my browser is getting stuck at “sending request to server”. Even if I wait for two hours there’s nothing happening. Are you aware of this issue and whart should I do?

What is the file size and what is your connection speed?

The size of the file is 180 mb and my connection speed is 8 mbit… Maybe my firewall is blocking… what port is used?

It’s port 80, so I don’t think it’s the firewall.

I don’t know what is the problem, I need more information. Do you have a way to know if your connection is used while uploading?

Nobody reported us this problem, so it’s difficult to track.
