I uploaded a test mov file and encoded the same to MP4 and IPOD formats. I did get the confirmation mails with links to download these files. However no files were there actually to download!

Anyone faced such a problem? Any sort of pointers would be of great help :) Everything else seemed like so smooth until the link for files which were not there!

Thanks Bruno, i checked in with my network guy. It is some issue with some setting in our network, i tried the link on my home PC, worked great.
